It's a tough call but as a newcomer to the blogosphere, I'd have to say that the following have had the greatest impact on me - Googlereader (or any other aggregator), Diigo, Twitter, wordpress, flickr

What do you want to get out of Teachers 2.0?
Professional development, to participate in ongoing dialogue about integtating web 2.0 tools in my classroom and to keep abreast of educational reform.
With your interest in Web 2.0 Tools, I recommend you take a look at Wiziq's virtual classroom and authorstream's power point presentation platform. Both are web based platforms, have a bunch of features and free basic service. Here’s a public class recording you might find of interest.
All you've said about Diigo and Flickr makes perfect sense. I feel the same way about all that can be learned at Flickr about things besides images - like how we show respect and build trust in a world where we're sharing personal resources.
Separating your bookmarks with Diigo and Delicious....now that's a great, easy, and pretty obvious idea...that never occured to me. I've been keeping most of my personal bookmarks in a Google Notebook but now that Google's going to stop supporting that platform, I ought to just ship them out to Diigo... Thanks for the tip!
Left you a comment on your blog, Andy, about your ebook but I want to say here how much I appreciate your input. Do you have a moment to say more about what it is about Diigo and Flickr that's most important to you in your learning... or teaching?
