- Inspiration and motivation and contribution. As a teacher trainer, I have to inspire and motivate as part of my job growing teachers. Sometimes I need to be inspired and motivated, too. That is what I hope to get out of Teachers 2.0, in addition to sharing my own insights and experiences.
